I was raised in Toronto on a steady diet of the arts, ballet classes, theater school and museum visits. It's no surprise that I chose to pursue a career as a photographer.
After earning a degree from the University of Toronto, I worked in the film and TV industry. Eventually deciding to focus on still imagery, I studied at the Parsons School of Design in NYC. Lured by California, I moved to San Francisco after graduation.
It's been some years, but I'm still living on the West Coast of my dreams. During that time, I've become known for a photographic style that easily moves from ethereal, thoughtfully lit fashion to warm, expressive lifestyle. Whatever the influence, my pictures seem to have struck a cord. You can regularly see my images appear in ad campaigns, magazines and on billboards throughout the world.
